The Special Strong franchise provides an adaptive and inclusive fitness program for individuals with special needs. The fitness franchise was founded in 2016 by Daniel Stein, who overcame a learning disability, and his wife, Trinity. They began franchising in 2020, and since then have expanded the brand to several locations across the country. As a franchisee, you have two options to franchise with Special Strong: a home-based model and a brick-and-mortar location. All new franchisees do the home-based model first. With this model, adaptive clients are trained in-home or at affiliated gyms. Once you do well with this model, you have the opportunity to run a brick-and-mortar location.
